Converse are chic, preppy, and Low top seems much more mature then high tops, or even knee highs. The idea of shirt tucked into shirt is great for the shirt you picked, but if you happen to use any of my suggestions of shirts, or go for something shorter then not tucked is the way to go. The rose bouquet earrings are the way to go! They really go with the floral theme on your skirt! It would look amazing with your skirt and in my opinion go with the converse amazingly.
